Mixed Medallions Card Kit

I do love a good card kit, even seasoned crafters like a nice kit to do every now and then.  However, you can change things up a bit - you don't need to do all the cards as instructed.  I have to admit that I find this incredibly difficult, I like following instructions!

However, I did step out of my comfort zone with the Mixed Medallions Card Kit.  This is a Sale-A-Bration item that you can get for FREE when you spend £45 or more on the Stampin' Up goodies.  This kit makes 8 cards, 4 in two designs and would work perfectly with the Eastern Palace stamps and dies as well (not that I did that in the video below!).

Ok, I only gently stepped out of my comfort zone!  For one design I added a die cut using the Sale-A-Bration dies and the Myths and Magic glimmer card, as well as a few pearls.

For the second design I used the Stampin' Blends to colour in some our embellishments and added them on to the card.  See - you don't have to do much to change things up, particularly if you are new to crafting.
